Kathmandu. Reliance Spinning Mills has declared a dividend for the financial year 2082. 83.
The Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute cash dividend of 30% of the current paid-up capital of Rs 1.90 billion for the current fiscal year.
The company has called its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 6 to approve the dividend. The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. at Anupam Food Land and Banquet in Battisputali, Kathmandu.
For the purpose of the meeting, the company has decided to close the book on September 14. This means that only the shareholders who have been in the company before September 14 will be eligible to receive the dividend and attend the meeting.
