Kathmandu. The sixteenth annual general meeting of Reliance Finance Limited was held at Anupam Food Land and Banquet Pvt. Ltd., Battisputali, Gaushala, Kathmandu. Chairman of the organization, Kush Prasad Malli, inaugurated the program by lighting a traditional lamp.
The AGM unanimously endorsed the 16th annual report of the FY 2081/082, the auditor’s report along with the financial statements including balance sheet, profit or loss account and cash flow statement up to the end of Ashadh 2081/82.
In the current fiscal year, the deposit of the organization has increased by 1.03 percent to Rs.864 crore, loan has increased by 8.70 percent to Rs.709 million, while the profit of the organization has increased by 61 percent to Rs. 68.6 million.
In the AGM, the shareholders of the company, Dr. On the occasion, Mr. Bal Krishna Chapagain and Shareholder Mr. Deepak Acharya discussed on the annual report and wished for the success of the AGM. Also, various shareholders gave written suggestions.
In the AGM, former director Bishnu Man Joshi was felicitated and honored with a letter of appreciation for his contribution to the organization for more than 10 years.
