Kathmandu. Reliance Finance Limited has decided not to distribute dividend to shareholders from the profits of the last financial year. A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on April 29 decided not to distribute dividend from the profits of the last fiscal year.
Accordingly, the company has decided to send the financial statements of the last financial year to the Nepal Rastra Bank for approval.
