KATHMANDU: The government has appointed Rajan Bikram Thapa as the chairman of Nepal Insurance Authority. The Cabinet meeting held on Tuesday appointed Thapa as the chairman of the committee formed by the Ministry of Finance.
Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle administered the oath of office and secrecy to Thapa at a program organized at the Ministry of Finance on Wednesday. After the swearing-in ceremony, Finance Minister Dr. Wagle gave special instructions to the newly appointed Chairman Thapa to work fearlessly and fearlessly in increasing the credit of the insurance sector.
