Kathmandu. Radhi Bidyut Company Limited (RDCL) has decided to hold its AGM again on January 14. According to the company, the meeting has been postponed and a new date has been fixed after the quorum required for the company could not be reached.
The meeting of the Board of Directors held at 4:00 pm on Tuesday decided to recall the AGM. As per the decision of the meeting, the AGM of the company will be held at 8:00 am on January 14.
According to the company’s letter to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), the AGM for the fiscal year 2081/82 has been scheduled for January 6. However, the meeting was halted on that day due to the absence of necessary members to conduct the meeting as per the Companies Act, 2063 BS and Company Regulations.
