Kathmandu. Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Company Limited (BILIC) has issued over 13,56,000 units of promoter shares to the general public. The company is issuing 13,56,600 units of shares to the general public.
The shares were issued on April 29 by issuing a 35-day notice to the existing promoter shareholders of the company. However, the share has now been opened to the general public as the purchase application has not been received from the promoter shareholders.
The general public can apply for the shares within 7 days from the date of publication of the notice by collecting the required documents at the company’s central office at Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
