Kathmandu. Neighbour Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has opened the issue of promoter shares to the general public. The company is issuing 4,414 units of promoter shares to the general public.
Other individuals, companies and organizations can apply for the purchase of the shares. The company has been issuing the shares to the general public as there has been no application from the promoter shareholders for the sale of the existing promoter shareholders from June 2.
The minimum price of the shares has been fixed at Rs 475 per share. The interested investors can apply to the central office of the company within 15 days from the date of publication of notice.
