Kathmandu. Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited has issued 20,290 units of promoter shares. The promoter shareholders of the bank are eligible to buy these shares.
The interested promoter shareholders can submit their application to the company’s central office at Dilli Bazaar, Kathmandu within 35 days. If the application is not received from the existing promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, the shares will be sold to other individuals and promoter shareholders.
