Kathmandu. Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited is going to sell its promoter shares. After some of the promoter shareholders of the bank submitted an application for the sale of the shares in their name, the bank has come up with the sale of shares that only the existing promoter shareholders of the bank can buy.
The bank has not disclosed the number of shares on sale and its price. Shareholders interested in buying the shares can apply within 35 days giving the details of the shares they want to buy.
The application has to be submitted to the central office of the bank at Kamal Pokhari, Kathmandu. The bank has said that if the application is not received from the shareholders of the bank within the stipulated time, the shares will be sold to the general public.
