Kathmandu. Gorkhas Finance Limited will sell 12,037 units of promoter shares. The company has launched the sale of shares to the company’s existing promoter shareholders.
The company has issued 7,037 units of promoter shares to Prithi Maya Rai and 5,000 units to Bir Bahadur Magar.
Currently, only the promoter shareholders of the company can apply for the purchase of the promoter shares, as the first priority has to be given to the existing promoter shareholders of the company.
The promoter shareholders interested in purchasing the shares have to inform the company’s head office at Charkhal Road, Dilli Bazaar, Kathmandu within the next 35 days.
If the written information is not received from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated time, the shares will be issued to the general public.
