Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited, owned by United Ajod Insurance Company, has auctioned 21,71,935 units of promoter shares through sealed bidding process.
The minimum bid price for the shares has been set at Rs 400 and the minimum application is Rs 1,00,000. Promoter shareholders of Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited along with eligible individuals, firms, companies and organizations are eligible to participate in the bidding process.
The interested investors can submit bids along with the required documents to Nabil Investment Banking Limited at Naxal, Kathmandu within the deadline. The bids that are not fulfilled in the specified terms and procedures will automatically be invalidated and all rights related to the auction process will be vested with the sales manager as per the prevailing laws.
