Kathmandu. President Ram Chandra Poudel has issued the ordinance related to public procurement.
On the recommendation of the government, President Poudel issued the Public Procurement (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2083. According to the Office of the President, the ordinance was issued as per Article 114 (1) of the Constitution.
President Poudel also issued the ordinance related to cooperatives today itself.
