Kathmandu. Premier Distillery has called its third annual general meeting (AGM) with a proposal to launch an IPO.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to hold the AGM on January 24. The meeting will begin at 3:00 pm at SG Tower in Thapathali, Kathmandu.
The meeting will pass a special resolution to issue the IPO. For this, the Board of Directors will be given the authority to proceed with the entire process and another special proposal to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association for the time being.
The meeting will endorse a special proposal to amend the Regulations and Memorandum of Association after the IPO issuance. The meeting shall determine the remuneration and allowances of the Board of Directors and endorse a proposal to amend the Regulations accordingly.
The meeting held the last fiscal year 2081. Approval of the annual and auditor’s report of the current fiscal year 2082. 83. Approve the proposal relating to the appointment of the auditor and the determination of his/her remuneration. The meeting will approve the decisions of the Board of Directors for the last fiscal year.
