Kathmandu. Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Company has declared a dividend on its shareholders. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on December 17 has announced the dividend to be distributed to the shareholders from the profit of the last FY.
The company has declared dividend of 8.421% of its current paid-up capital. Out of this offer, 4 percent is bonus share and 4.421 percent is cash dividend.
The proposed dividend is subject to approval from the Insurance Authority of Nepal and approval by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
