Kathmandu. Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance has requested its policyholders to update their customer identification details (KYC).
The company has issued a notice today asking the insured to update their KYC. “The company is required to update the details of all our existing customers in accordance with the legal provisions in the Directive on the Prevention of Money Laundering, Terrorist Activities and Financing in the Manufacture or Expansion of Weapons of Mass Destruction, 2082,” the notice reads.
Therefore, the contact company has requested the contact company to update the details with the required identification documents (citizenship, passport, national identity card or driving license and recently taken photo) at any branch or sub-branch office of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life in their convenient place.
Customers who are unable to attend the company’s office due to various reasons can also update their KYC by contacting their concerned insurance agent or official phone number.
The company has also requested the insured to update their KYC as soon as possible as this update is being done to protect the interest of the insured themselves and to establish easy contact with the insured in future.
