Kathmandu. Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance has put up 16,40,000 units of shares for sale.
The shares of the company’s promoter group have been put up for sale. At present, only the existing founding shareholders of the company can apply for the purchase of these shares.
The application has to be submitted within 35 days. The application can be submitted to the company’s central office at Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
If the company does not apply for the purchase of shares from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated time, the issue will be opened to other individuals and organizations.
