Kathmandu. Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited has distributed cash dividend to its shareholders. The 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company has distributed 4.421% cash dividend and 4.421% cash dividend (including tax on bonus shares and cash dividend) for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The bank has been collecting dividend through IPS from January 16 in the case of shareholders who update their bank account number in their beneficiary account by December 15, in case of their bank account name and bank account number matching.
If you have not yet opened a beneficiary account or have not updated your bank account number, you are requested to update your bank account as soon as possible. The bank account number of the beneficiary account should be in the name of the shareholder and the account should be of the bank or financial institution member of Nepal Clearing House Limited. Also, the bank should be the concerned bank while depositing the cash dividend in the bank account.
Also, in the case of the shareholders who have taken loan by pledging the shares till January 21, the said shares will be deposited in the bank account only after receiving No Objection Letter / Loan Settlement Letter from the concerned bank and financial institution.
