Kathmandu. Prabhu Mahalakshmi Life Insurance Dividend has been announced for 81.
A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on May 29 decided to distribute 8.421 percent dividend of the current paid-up capital from the distributable profit of the fiscal year. This includes 8 percent bonus share and 0.421 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
According to the company, the proposed dividend will be distributed to the shareholders after approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority after approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
