Kathmandu. Grenadine Energy Limited has appointed Prabhu Capital Limited as its issue manager for the IPO issuance to the locals and the general public. The appointment agreement was signed on Monday, November 17.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Yuresh Man Kayastha, Chairman of Greenadi Energy Limited and Mr. Ashish Gauchan, Managing Director of Prabhu Capital. The company will issue 30% of its issued shares to the locals and general public of the project-affected areas.
The company has been constructing the Idi Khola Hydropower Project at Idi Khola in Kaski district and has been producing commercial since 2082/01/08 with the involvement of a group of people with expertise in the field of banking, hydropower, insurance and capital market.
According to the company’s Chairman Yuresh Man Kayastha, the company plans to invest in solar and green energy along with other hydropower projects in the coming days.
