Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed as the share registrar of Ankhukhola Hydropower Company. As per the decision of the Board of Directors of the company, Prabhu Capital has been appointed as the share registrar.
Now, Prabhu Capital will be responsible for keeping records of all securities of the company, share dematerialization, naming and other works.
