Kathmandu. Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed as the share registrar of Aarambh Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha. As per the decision of the Board of Directors of the company, Prabhu Capital has been appointed as the share registrar.
Now, Prabhu Capital will be responsible for keeping records of all the securities of Aarambh Chautari Laghubitta, share dematerialization, naming and other works.
