Kathmandu. The 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Prabhu Bank Limited has been concluded. The assembly passed various decisions. The 24th annual general meeting of the bank held at Babarmahal headquarters under the chairmanship of Chairman of the Board of Directors Kishor Jung Karki approved the report of the Board of Directors along with the statements made available for the fiscal year 2081/082 (FY 2081/082).
The 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the bank has approved the consolidated financial statements of the bank’s subsidiary company Prabhu Capital Limited and Prabhu Stock Market for FY 2081/82. All the proposals presented for discussion and decision in the AGM were passed unanimously.
Prabhu Bank has been providing quality banking services with direct cutting technology to more than 37 lakh customers through its network of 68 extension counters, 269 ATMs and 312 branches.
