Kathmandu. Pokhara—Pokhara Finance Limited has decided not to distribute dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. A meeting of the board of directors of the bank held on December 23 took the decision to this effect.
Accordingly, the meeting decided to send the financial details of the last fiscal year to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval.
