Kathmandu. More than 5,36,000 units of shares of Himalayan Life Insurance are up for sale.
A total of 5,36,225 units of shares of the promoter group of the company have been put up for sale. Currently, only existing promoter shareholders of the company can apply for the shares.
The application must be submitted in writing to the legal department of the company. A 35-day deadline has been given for the same.
If the promoter shareholders do not apply for the share within the stipulated period, the issue will be opened to other buyers.
