Kathmandu. Orbit Energy is in the process of bringing an IPO worth Rs 500 million.
The company has filed an application with the Securities Board of Nepal seeking permission to bring the IPO. If approved by the Securities Board, Orbit Energy will open a total of 5 million units of IPO at a face value of Rs 100 for the general public.
Kumari Capital is the ipo sales manager of Orbit Energy.
