Kathmandu. Out of 15 finance companies listed in NEPSE, only three companies have declared dividends. So far, Shree Investment Finance, ICFC Finance and Manjushree Finance have declared dividends. These companies have announced dividends to be distributed to their shareholders from the profit of the last financial year.
Shree Investment Finance has declared a total dividend of 6.4% to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. The company has decided to distribute all cash dividends without issuing bonus shares. The company has also completed its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 14.
ICFC Finance Company has declared a dividend of 15.7895% to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. The company has decided to distribute all cash dividends without issuing bonus shares. The company has also completed its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 29.
Manjushree Finance Company has declared a 15% dividend to its shareholders. The company has decided to distribute all cash dividends without issuing bonus shares. The company has also completed its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 14.
