Non-life insurer’s business increased by 23.39%, what is the growth of whom? (With list)

Kathmandu. Non-life insurers have been able to do business of more than Rs 5.32 billion in the current fiscal year 2083. In the first month of ’84, they have managed to do business of more than Rs 5.32 billion.

According to the data released by the Nepal Insurance Authority (NIA) today, 14 non-life insurers have issued 2,29,599 insurance policies and earned a total premium of Rs 5.32 billion. In the previous fiscal year 2082. In 83, the companies issued 2,15,285 insurance policies and earned a total premium of Rs 4.31 billion. The business of the companies increased by 23.39 percent during the review period compared to the previous year.

The business of all 14 insurers has increased in July this year compared to the previous year. Himalayan Everest Insurance is at the top in terms of bringing the highest business, while NLG Insurance is ahead in terms of business growth.

Himalayan Everest Insurance has earned a total insurance premium of Rs 56.25 crore during the review period. The company had earned a total premium of Rs 36.52 crore in the same period of the previous year. The company’s business increased by 54.01 percent during the review period compared to the previous year.

Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance has become the second largest business insurer. The company earned a total insurance premium of Rs 55.32 crore in the current financial year. In the previous year, the company had earned a total insurance premium of Rs 45.54 crore. The company’s business increased by 21.49 percent compared to the previous year.

Similarly, NLG Insurance is the third largest businessholder. In the current financial year, the company has earned a total insurance premium of Rs 53.46 crore. In the previous year, the company had earned a total insurance premium of Rs 34.41 crore. The company’s business increased by 55.37 percent during the review period compared to the previous year.

Similarly, Shikhar Insurance has collected Rs 51.20 crore, Siddhartha Premier Insurance Rs 46.76 crore, IGI Prudential Insurance Rs 44.71 crore, Oriental Insurance Rs 44.37 crore and Neco Insurance Rs 38.8 crore in the review period. In the review period, Shikhar Insurance has increased by 23.23 percent, Siddhartha Premier Insurance by 11.89 percent, IGI Prudential Insurance by 32.21 percent, Oriental Insurance by 7.25 percent and Neco Insurance by 18.97 percent.

In the current fiscal year, United Ajod Insurance has collected Rs 33.23 crore, National Insurance Rs 27.02 crore, Nepal Insurance Rs 25.27 crore, Sanima GIC Insurance Rs 24.03 crore, Rastriya Insurance Rs 19.02 crore and Prabhu Insurance Rs 14.06 crore. The business of all the companies has increased in the review period compared to the previous year.
