Kathmandu. NMB Capital Limited has been appointed as the share registrar of Forward Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha. As per the decision of the Board of Directors of the company, NMB Capital has been appointed as the share registrar.
Now, NMB Capital will be responsible for keeping records of all the securities of the company, dematerializing the shares, naming and other works.
