Kathmandu. NLG Insurance Company has requested the insured to get in touch for claim settlement.
The company issued a notice today making this request. The company has urged the insured to forward the claim settlement process which was stalled due to insufficient documents even though the insurance claim was submitted till mid-April 2082.
The company has requested the concerned surveyor to contact the company or the concerned surveyor with the necessary documents as soon as the surveyor or the insurance company or the representative has not come in contact with the insurance claim for the said period. The company has given 35 days to do so.
The company has made it clear that the insurance claim files will be closed if they have not come in contact with the required documents within the stipulated period. The insurance claim details can be found on the company’s website.
