Kathmandu. Uday Kumar Niraula has resigned from the post of chairman of Himalayan Reinsurance.
Niraula has tendered his resignation to the board of directors. He resigned citing personal reasons, according to company secretary Santosh KC.
Niraula’s resignation has been approved by the Board of Directors with effect from August 24.
