Kathmandu. Nepal Automobile Imports and Manufacturers Association (NAIMA) has provided Rs 50 lakh for the relief and rehabilitation of those affected by the floods in Bhotekoshi of Rasuwa.
A team led by Ritu Singh Vaidya, president of NIMA, met Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle and handed over a cheque of the assistance amount. According to the association, the assistance was given on behalf of automobile importers and manufacturers to express solidarity with the community affected by the devastating floods of August 10.
Handing over the cheque, President Baidya pledged to always be with the government and affected citizens in this time of crisis.
The program was also attended by NAIMA’s board members Yamuna Shrestha, Hemant Golchha and BYD CEO Sahil Shrestha.
