Kathmandu. NIC ASIA Bank has decided to cater to the needs of its customers by providing a loan of Rs. NIC Asia Saathi Home Loan Scheme has been launched with an aim to provide home loan up to Rs 10 crore. The scheme offers fixed interest rate of 6.99 per cent with a tenure period of 7 years along with other attractive services.
Minimum Rs. Under this NIC Asia Saathi Home Loan, which can be provided from Rs. 2.5 million to a maximum of Rs. 100 million, the loan is provided through an easy loan process for the purchase of house and apartment, house construction, reconstruction and real estate.
Under the loan scheme, the loan ratio has been maintained at 80 percent for first-time home buyers and up to 70 percent for others.
