Kathmandu. The eighth annual general meeting of NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited was held at Gorkha Hotel, Chatara Line, Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City Ward No. 12. It was held in Sunsari. The AGM has endorsed the Board of Directors Report, Annual Financial Statement (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement and Cash Flow Statement for the fiscal year 2082/2022) along with various agendas related to the Annual Financial Statement.
Laxman Chalise, Vibhor Kumar Agrawal, Dipendra Sharma and Pushkar Raj Joshi have been elected as directors of NIC Asia Bank Ltd. and Balaram Poudel and Milan Sigdel have been elected as directors of the general group.
The meeting of the Board of Directors held after the conclusion of the AGM unanimously elected Laxman Chalise as the Chairman of the company. The newly elected directors believe that the experience of the newly elected directors will further help the organization to achieve the goal and establish it as a leading, strong and strong microfinance institution among the microfinance institutions.
