Kathmandu. NIC ASIA Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced that it will not distribute dividend to its shareholders this year. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the microfinance company held on April 18 decided not to distribute dividend with the objective of further strengthening and strengthening the financial condition of the microfinance company after arranging the amount to be allocated as per the directive of the regulatory body in the financial statement of the last fiscal year.
The meeting also decided to send the financial details to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval.
