KATHMANDU: NIC Asia Equity Opportunity Fund, a subsidiary of NIC Asia Bank Mutual Fund, will open its units from September 23.
NIC Asia Capital, the project manager, is going to open the sale of a total of 8 crore units of the scheme at a face value of Rs 10. Out of the total number of units, 1.2 crore units will be reserved for the seed capital of fund promoter NIC Asia Bank and the remaining 6.8 crore units will be issued to the public.
Investors can apply for a minimum of 100 units and a maximum of 10 crore units. Investors can apply for a minimum of 100 units from banks and financial institutions participating in the C-ASBA service as well as from CDSC’s Mero shares.
The issue of units of the scheme will close on October 26 at the earliest and at the end of October 21 after the banking hours.
