NIC ASIA Capital Limited and Hotel Eastern Nepal Limited have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to appoint a Issue Manager for the IPO issuance to the general public subject to the prevailing laws. Hotel Eastern Nepal is a proposed five-star hotel of international standard located in Mechinagar-10, Jhapa. Inter-Continental Hotels Group -Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (IHG) has also signed a managerial agreement with the world-renowned brand “Holiday Inn Express & Suites.”
Under this, there will be direct participation in the overall business expansion of the hotel, operation and management of the hotel. Hotel Eastern Nepal, which is in the final stage of construction, has initiated all necessary processes with the goal of opening bookings for regular operation by Baisakh 2083.
The hotel will offer five-star hotel-level services such as Casino, Dedicated High-End Gaming and Entertainment, Rooftop Swimming Pool, Comfort, Luxury, Suites and Modern Rooms, Multiple Dining Outlets, Rooftop Restaurant, Jacuzzi, Spa, and fully equipped Health Club, In-house Laundry and Professional Housekeeping.
As the hotel is located at a distance of 7 km from the Indian Border and the Indian Airport, Bagdora is located at a distance of 27 km, the presence of Indian customers is expected to be dense.
Since Hotel Eastern Nepal will provide international level service facilities, the hotel will contribute significantly to the development and expansion of Nepal’s tourism sector after its operation. After the operation of the hotel, it will be easy to organize international level seminars, conferences and seminars in Nepal, which will also contribute significantly to strengthening the country’s economy by earning foreign currency.
In addition, NIC ASIA Capital has also signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) under the “IDEA to IPO” service.
