Kathmandu. NIC Asia Bank Limited has issued more than 8,87,000 units of shares of Surya Jyoti Life Insurance.
The bank has auctioned 8,87,825 units promoter shares of Surya Jyoti Life from May 4. Any person or organization eligible in accordance with the law can submit a bid for the purchase of shares.
The minimum price of the shares has been fixed at Rs 165 per share. This means that the bidders will have to bid at or above the minimum price.
The interested bidders must apply for a minimum of 5,000 units of shares. Applications can be made for the maximum number of shares.
The bidders can bid for the shares from NMB at Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Butwal, Dhangadhi and Birendranagar of Surkhet.
The tender has to be submitted by May 11.
