Kathmandu. NIC Asia Bank is issuing 200,000 units of shares of Surya Jyoti Life Insurance Company from today.
NIC Asia Bank has auctioned the promoter shares of Surya Jyoti Life Insurance through the auction. Eligible investors can bid for the shares as per the prevailing laws.
The minimum price of the shares has been set at Rs 175 per share. This means that you will have to bid at or above the minimum price.
The interested bidders can bid for a minimum of 5,000 units. Applications can be made for the maximum number of shares.
The bidders can bid for the shares from NMB Captial at Thapathali, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Butwal, Dhangadhi and Surkhet. The tender has to be submitted by April 17.
