Kathmandu. NIC Asia Bank is issuing 2 lakh units of shares.
The promoter shares of the promoter group of the bank are up for auction today. Any eligible person and organization interested in this share can apply for the purchase.
The minimum price of the shares has been fixed at Rs 140 per share. The investors will have to bid at or above the minimum bid price.
The tender can be submitted till January 15.
