Kathmandu. NIC Asia Bank Limited has provided laptops and computers to Bal Binaya Basic School located at Balkot, Surya Binayak Municipality-2.
As a part of its corporate social responsibility, the bank said in a statement that the financial support to the students is to facilitate their studies and help in creating a quality learning environment for the students.
The school had more than 170 students studying in the school on Ashadh 22, 2083 BS by Mr. Ranjan Khadka, Assistant Chief Executive Officer of Yes Bank and Mr. Ganesh Poudel, Circle Head, Kathmandu East of the bank jointly handed over a laptop and three desktop computers to Janardan Khadka, Chairman of School Management Committee and Chairman of Surya Binayak Municipality-2 Janardan Khadka and Principal of the school Sabina Rajbhandari ।
The support handed over was attended by teachers and students of the school and employees on behalf of the bank.
The bank believes that the support provided by the bank will facilitate the learning activities of students, create a quality learning environment in the schools and help in the field of Information Technology.
