Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Newly elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Ltd. Rajesh Upadhyay has taken the oath of office and secrecy from the newly elected Board of Directors of Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank. Bam Bahadur Mishra, Deputy Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank, took the oath of office and secrecy as per Article 127 of the Bank and Financial Institutions Act, 2073 BS.
The swearing-in ceremony was attended by Executive Director of Bank and Financial Institutions Regulation Department of Nepal Rastra Bank and Executive Director of Department of Financial Institutions Supervision among others.
