Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Youth, Labour and Employment has implemented a new code of conduct for the employees working in the bodies under it.
According to the Ministry, the code of conduct has been enforced to make the conduct of employees impartial, transparent, democratic and service-oriented and to make the overall ministry and its subordinate bodies effective in their performance and service delivery. The Ministry has made it clear that the code of conduct for employees has been formulated as per the Good Governance Act as it was desirable to make the conduct and behavior of the employees good conduct, helpful, service-oriented, disciplined, disciplined and systematic.
Employees should now maintain objectiveness, honesty, dutifulness, good conduct, professionalism, working style and behavior, impartiality, political neutrality as well as dignified use of digital system, artificial intelligence and social networks while delivering services. Employees will also have to manage the service delivery and complaints of the service recipients in an easy manner.

- The act of giving written, oral, consulting, and giving lectures on the subject of one’s specialization or studying, researching, and teaching with approval.
- Participate in an open competition for all and receive prizes, medals, certificates or testimonials.
- The act of publishing articles that do not adversely affect the policies, objectives and activities of the government.
- Use of social media and personal e-mail for the purpose of government work or to gain expertise.
