Kathmandu. Nerude Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has decided not to distribute dividend to its shareholders. The meeting of the board of directors of the microfinance company held on June 1 decided not to distribute dividend.
The meeting of the microfinance company has decided not to distribute any dividend to the shareholders from the accumulated profit as per the financial statement of the fiscal year 2081/082 BS and accordingly it will be submitted to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval.
