Kathmandu. More than 1,05,000 units of shares of Nerude Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited have been put up for sale.
A total of 1,05,807 units of shares of the promoter group of the company are for sale. Currently, only the promoter shareholders of the company can apply for the purchase of these shares.
The application has to be submitted within 35 days. The application can be submitted to the corporate office of the organization at Lokanthali, Bhaktapur.
If the company does not apply for the purchase of shares from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, the issue will be opened to other individuals and organizations.
