Kathmandu. Around 2.75 lakh units of shares of Nerude Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha have been put up for sale.
A total of 1,72,634 units of shares of the promoter group of the company have been issued. Ordinary investors can apply for the purchase of these shares.
Interested investors have to apply within 15 days. The application can be submitted to the corporate office of the organization at Lokanthali, Bhaktapur.
Earlier, the shares were open for the promoter shareholders of the company. However, the sale was opened to outsiders after the promoter shareholders did not apply for the purchase.
