NEPSE signs agreement to sell shares through book building method

Kathmandu. Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) and 5 companies have signed an agreement to issue their shares through book building method.

NEPSE has signed an agreement with these companies to conduct the work related to sealing of shares allotted to qualified institutional investors through the bub building method. The agreement was signed between Norvic International Hospital and Medical College, Jagadamba Spinning Mills, Time Pharmaceuticals, Laxmi Steels and Purbanchal Lube Oil.

Norvic International Hospital has allotted 8,16,480 units shares, Jagadamba Spinning Mills will sell 1.8 million units, Time Pharmaceuticals will sell 4,34,600 units, Laxmi Steels will sell 1.8 million units and Purbanchal Lube Oil will sell 6 lakh units.
