Kathmandu. The stock market closed higher today. Today, the NEPSE index increased by 5.01 points to close at 2,936 points. Share prices of 102 companies have increased while share prices of 154 companies have fallen.
A total of 3,80,73,000 units of shares of 342 companies were traded during the day. Shares of Kumari Bank were the most traded today. Today, the bank’s shares worth Rs 67.23 crore were traded. Shares of Shivam Cement worth Rs 60.64 crore were traded. Shares of National Hydropower Company worth Rs 57.48 crore were traded.
The investors of Salpa Development Bank, Reliance Spinning Mills, Solu Hydro and Bhujung Hydropower earned the most today. Today, investors of these four companies have earned at the rate of 10 percent.
Today, Sunrise First Mutual Fund has lost the most money. Today, its unit owners lost 3.71 percent.
