Kathmandu. The stock market closed higher today. Today, the NEPSE index increased by 21.62 points to close at 2,638 points. Share prices of 213 companies increased while share prices of 42 companies declined.
A total of 9,364,000 shares of 328 companies were traded on the day. Today’s turnover has decreased compared to yesterday. Shares worth over Rs 5 billion were traded yesterday.
Shares of SY Panel were traded the most today. Today, the company’s shares worth Rs 37.72 crore were traded. Shares worth Rs 24.69 crore were traded in Ankhukhola Hydropower Company. Shares of Radhi Power Company worth Rs 16.12 crore were traded.
Today, the investors of Salpa Development Bank have earned the most money. Today, the company’s investors have earned at the rate of 10 percent. Investors of Reliance Spinning Mills earned 9.31 percent of the gains. Investors of Himalayan Power Company earned 9.15 percent each. Investors of Sagar Distillery earned 8.96 percent.
Today, the investors of Nepal SBI Bank suffered the highest loss. Today, the company’s investors lost 3.58 percent. ,
