Kathmandu. Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) has directed the shareholders to inform the shareholders about the distribution of dividends and interest to the shareholders through e-mail, SMS and other means.
Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has issued a notice to all listed companies in this regard. NEPSE has also directed the companies to clarify some details while distributing dividends.
In the case of ordinary shares or units of mutual funds, the stock symbol should be clearly specified in the financial year and dividend rate (percent).
Similarly, in the case of debentures or debentures, the stock should be specified in symbol, fiscal year and interest rate (percent).
