Kathmandu. The Nepali Congress has also given priority to financial literacy and banking services in the manifesto made public in view of the upcoming elections to the House of Representatives.
The pledge also pledged to expand the stock market and financial management education in the curriculum from the school level and expand the stock market across the country.
Apart from this, digital financial literacy and service centers will be established in remote rural areas where banks and financial institutions do not have access to internet and
will be established even in places where there is no internet.
The Nepali Congress party has claimed that ‘offline’ digital payment system will be encouraged.
